Bad data breaks things quietly

Routing, attribution, forecasts, and now the AI tools your CRO bought. They all read the same fields. When those fields are wrong, ops takes the blame.

Two issues a week, two different jobs

Tuesday goes deep on one problem. Friday is short and useful before the weekend.

Tuesday, 8:00 AM ET

Deep Fix

800 to 1,200 words. About a 5 minute read.
  1. Hook. One data problem and a dollar figure on it.
  2. Deep Fix. The workflow, field by field, in the order you'd do it.
  3. So What. What to do Monday morning.
  4. PS. A poll or a question. I read every reply.
Friday, 8:00 AM ET

Data Desk

400 to 600 words. About 3 minutes.
  1. Enrichment Benchmark. Two tools, one metric, same test set.
  2. Vendor Watch. Pricing, API, and product changes that affect your stack.
  3. One-Minute Fix. A formula, a setting, or a small workflow.
  4. Reader Q. Your question, answered in public.

Who this is for

A narrow newsletter on purpose. If the right column describes you, you'll be bored, and I'd rather you know now.

For you if you're

  • A RevOps manager or lead who owns routing, scoring, or the forecast
  • Marketing Ops, stuck between the MAP and the CRM
  • A Salesforce or HubSpot admin with a dedupe backlog
  • A VP or Head of RevOps deciding which data contracts to renew
  • A GTM engineer building enrichment and routing pipelines

Series A to enterprise B2B SaaS. Written for teams in the US, UK, and Canada.

Not for you if you want

  • Campaign ideas or demand gen tactics
  • Brand, content, or positioning strategy
  • A general "top 10 CRMs" buying guide
  • Hot takes on the future of GTM

Who writes it

I'm Abhishek. I've spent 5 years inside other people's CRMs, mostly Salesforce and HubSpot, for B2B SaaS companies from Series A to late stage. Duplicate accounts, routing rules nobody wrote down, a Phone field full of "N/A". I've fixed most of these more than once, and broken a few along the way.

I'm an independent operator based in India and I work on US hours. No agency behind this and no vendor paying for opinions. When I'm not sure about something, I'll say so.

Questions

How often will I hear from you?

Twice a week. Tuesday's Deep Fix and Friday's Data Desk, both at 8:00 AM Eastern. Nothing else unless you reply to me.

What does it cost?

Nothing. It's free, and it stays free.

Is it vendor neutral?

Yes. No vendor owns it, funds the benchmarks, or reviews them before they run. Every tool gets the same test set and the same method. If a popular tool loses a test, the result runs anyway, and I show the numbers so you can check my work.

Can I unsubscribe easily?

Yes. One click, at the bottom of every issue. No survey and no "are you sure".

Who writes it?

I do. Abhishek, an independent RevOps operator with 5 years in Salesforce and HubSpot. One person, no agency, no ghostwriting team, and no vendor on the masthead.

Every null costs something. Start fixing them Tuesday.
